I came across a beautiful land in the Philippines. The first I saw it, I was entranced to it like a magnet. The place is so breathtaking that I decided to buy it right then and there. It was rather strange and odd. It may seem irrational but every time I look at the pictures of Tagaytay, I know that I have made the right decision.
I am one of the few people in the world to own this especially beautiful land with its spectacular views. It is nature at its best. The photos may not do justice. Tagaytay is a place of calmness and beauty. I was addicted to the sight and sound of it. It's so serene and refreshing. It's good to the soul. I may sound melodramatic but it's the truth.
The Philippines is not the richest country in the world but it has lots of natural beauty unknown to many. The locals are very hospitable and warm. I feel good among them.
Having three hectares of scenic land in the Philippines all to myself seems wrong, so I decided to share it with the common Filipinos. I think it is the right thing to do. I have to sell it will little profit and pass the savings to the hardworking Filipinos. The question is will they trust me with my intention?
In the Philippines there is big gap between the rich and poor. The Filipino billionaires and millionaires have poured zillions of pesos in the Tagaytay highlands. Now the land in Tagaytay seems out of reach for the ordinary Filipinos to own. The price of land skyrocketed pushing the taxes up and forcing the poor farmers to sell their land to a man like me.
The beauty of Tagaytay should be shared by all, rich or poor, millionaires or pauper. Nature's beauty is for all.
